Episode 3 works on B21 and 23, however, HLS has the wrong episode for 3. And ep 3 on B22 doesn’t load.

All of the servers seem to be having issues. Some episodes start but stop half way through. Others don’t load at all.
For My Hero Academia series in general, servers will be in maintenance for a bit, please wait until all of its issue are sorted out.
when I try to play the episode, it doesn’t actually do it, it just flicks back to being “paused” I have taped the button over 20 times, and tried refreshing the page and it is still not working
